NEWS

Earth Field Japan Co., Ltd. (EFJ) has launched the sales of the Enoki Mushroom Burger Patty for Vegetarians on April 1st, 2019. It is the successful result of a 2-year collaborative project with Japan Agricultural Cooperatives (JA) Nakanoshi, Nagano.

The patty is mainly made of nutritious-rich Enoki mushrooms, which is the first of its kind in the world. On top of having very low calories ( about 66 Cal / 80 grams (2.8 ounces) ) and low carbs, the patty is very hearty and soft. This is rare for vegetarian burger patties. Such a result is possible due to our special manufacturing process of low heat hand-kneading.
